Mike Aviles to earn $2 million with Tigers in 2016

On Friday veteran utility player Mike Aviles signed with the Detroit Tigers giving them much needed depth.

According to CBS Sports’ Jon Heyman, Aviles will earn $2 million next season with the ability to earn another $200,000 in incentives.

Aviles hit .231/.282/.317 last season with five home runs and 17 RBI in 98 games last season.
