In the first year of a four-year deal worth $50 million, pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez left much to be desired from the Baltimore Orioles.
The right handers stay could be a short one in the Charm City after posting a nasty 4.81 ERA and a 1.52 WHIP over 125 1/3 innings of work. Jimenez was moved from the starting rotation to the bullpen by the end of the season and if the Orioles really want to move him they will surely have to take on a bad dead.
The Orioles have discussed Ubaldo Jimenez trades with several teams at GM meetings per http://t.co/PsHmOuTx1h‘s @TracyRingolsby

Those looking for the silver lining in Jimenez will surely look to his 2013 seaosn in which he made 32 starts posting a 3.43 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP.
One could quickly put together a trade with Atlanta for outfielder B.J. Upton in a bad contract swap but that is purely speculation.
