The Houston Texans have ruled out running back Arian Foster for their Week 10 match-up against the Arizona Cardinals.
Foster has been dealing with both a back and hamstring issue which has sapped him of any usefulness. The running back is currently seeking out specialists for his back and will be replaced by Ben Tate in the starting lineup for the Texans.
