Joey Logano’s No. 22 Ford Mustang was glued to the track for much of Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Dover International Speedway.
Perhaps a little too much.
RESULTS: Full Results for the Nationwide Series at Dover
Logano won his fourth consecutive Nationwide Series race at Dover on Saturday but after the race it was found that his front end was too low. Penalties for the No. 22 car should come following Sunday’s Sprint Cup Series race.
The No. 22 car is currently leading the Nationwide Series owner point standings but a penalty could shake up the standings and aid the No. 54 car of Joe Gibbs Racing who currently sits 34 points back in second.
