Josh Wise fails to qualify after failing inspection

The No. 26 car of Josh Wise has failed tech inspection and will not race during Sundays NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The penalty was announced following the completion of qualifying.

It also allows the No. 30 of David Stremme to race on Sunday.
