Danica Patrick, driver of the No.10 go daddy Chevrolet for Stewart Haas Racing was making her fourth NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start tonight at Bristol Motor Speedway when she was caught up in a wreck with Regan Smith.
After she wrecked she got out of her car, the audience was anticipating possibly another helmet throw, but she instead shook her finger at Smith as he passed by.
Patrick was having an impressive run when she was taken out of the race. During her post crash interview, Danica said, ” This is Bristol where you find out who plays fair and who doesn’t…”

From what I witnessed in many replays of the footage – Regan was on his line and held it. It appears that she came down on him to me. Now whether she was told by her spotter and moved down anyway is one possibility. The other is that she was never given the heads up and approached the next corner as though she were clear. In the end, shaking your finger like a grumpy old person is a bit lame.
