WWE reinstates Emma following release

So much for the release of Emma.

Shortly after word broke that the WWE had released the Diva the following was posted on WWE.com.

“Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law.”

Whatever punitive action is, we can assume it means losing. Of course we are not sure it could be any worse than being saddled with Santino Marella on a regular basis.

Dashwood was arrested after trying to shoplift an iPad case from a Connecticut Wal-Mart. SHe has been sentenced to one hour of community service for the offense.

It’s worth noting that the WWE has a tour of Australia scheduled for August, something that Emma had been featured heavily in advertising for. Additionally firing Emma over shoplifing would have raised questions as to why some male wrestler have been allowed to remain with the company despite fighting outside the ring and DUI’s.
