For the third straight season the Colts have placed running back Ahmed Bradshaw on season ending injured reserve.
Bradshaw was not with the team when the season started joining later as a free agent as the team hoped adding him would help their ground game which still hast not been able to get going despite adding Frank Gore to the backfield.
Gore’s season best rushing total came back on October 8 against the Texans when he totaled 98 yards.
Instead Bradshaw now sees his season end with a wrist injury.
Bradshaw lasted six games with the Colts this time around. The Colts have re-signed Zurlon Tipton with Bradshaw out of the mix. Dan Herron, claimed off waives a week ago, now becomes the primary backup to Gore.
