With a four game losing streak, the Dallas Cowboys can ill afford any more distractions or the loss of players. Already without quarterback Tony Romo and top receiver Dez Bryant the Cowboys now could lose Jospeh Randle or one or two games for his offseason arrest.

Randle was deemed to have violated the the NFL’s personal-conduct policy for a recent arrest in Wichita, Kansas reports NFL.com. He exited the Cowboys facility on Wednesday after receiving the report from the NFL.

Even though charges against Randle were dropped the NFL continued to investigate the issue and now he faces a suspension or fine for his unlawful possession of marijuana.

Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett did not go into detail with reports about Randle’s situation but said he was dealing with a person issue and did not practice due to a strained oblique. He will miss Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks because of his injury.

If there is a bit of good news in all of this it is the emergence of veteran Darren McFadden in recent weeks. Without Randle, the Cowboys will be forced to feed him the ball along with the recently claimed Christine Michael.
