The Raiders are looking for a new head coach. They could find him on a divisional rival.

Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio is one of the names the Raiders have shown interest in. Under Del Rio the Broncos defense has become a dominant force.

Mike Kils of the Denver Posts reports the Raiders are trying to interview Del Rio on Saturday. The Broncos are off this week but will return to work on Sunday meaning Del Rio will not be able to interview until they are eliminated from the playoffs.

Del Rio has head coaching experience spending eight and a half years with the Jaguars. He led the Jaguars to two playoff appearances in the middle of his tenure but the teams inability to find a franchise quarterback and draft well doomed him.

The Bears are another team that has shown interest in Del Rio.
