Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green was able to participate in some warmups during Thursday’s practice.
Green suffered a concussion in regular season finale against the Steelers but apparently has already been given clearance for some practice. This is a good sign for the Bengals and Green’s hopes of playing in Sunday’s Wild Card game against the Colts in Indianapolis.
Should he avoid any additional symptoms Green should find the field and hope to pose a threat to the Colts secondary. Green was dealing with a turf toe injury when the Colts defeated the Bengals in Week 7.
Though 13 regular season games Green caught 69 passes for 1,041 yards and six touchdowns.
