The Jacksonville Jaguars are not counting on wide receiver Justin Blackmon for the 2015 season.
Rather than expect Blackmon to be on the field general manager David Caldwell has again tabbed him as a luxury. Caldwell told reporters that he had heard some good things about the rehab of Blackon and “hopes he’ll be back.”

Soon to be 25, Blackmon has not played since Week 8 of the 2013 season. He became eligable to apply for reinstatement last month. Though 20 games Blackmon has 93 receptions for 1280 yards and six touchdowns.
