Drew Stanton returned to practice on Thursday for the Cardinals. Stanton has little chance of playing in Week 16 against the Seahawks after suffering a knee sprain a week ago but this could suggest that he will be ready to play in the season finale or first round of the playoffs.
If so this is good news for the Cardinals who will be stuck with Ryan Lindley in the meantime.
Well then: QB Drew Stanton (knee) upgraded to limited work in practice today for #AZCardinals. Hmmm …

In nine games of play Stanton has completed 55-percent of his passes with a 7:5 touchdown to interception ratio.
