Both Devin Hester and Harry Douglas sat out practice on Wednesday for the Atlanta Falcons.
Hester suffered an ankle injury in Week 10 against Tampa Bay. He left the game and did not return. While the Falcons do not appear to have any concern about the injury lingering they are playing it safe and limiting him in practice this week. Hester is merely a return man for the Falcons unless Harry Douglas cannot play.
Douglas also sat out practice on Wednesday. He is dealing with a foot injury that he suffered early in the year. The Falcons have been keeping his practice reps to a minimum this season but he has not missed any game time.
All signs point to both Douglas and Hester playing against Carolina this week.
