While Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone attempted to play mind games with the status of wide receiver Watkins, everyone expected the team to have Jackson in their backfield this weekend.
Both players were listed as questionable this week with groin injuries.
The rookie Watkins leads the Bills with 38 catches for 590 yards and five touchdowns.
Jackson has been out of action since Oct. 19 when he was carted off the field in a win over Minnesota. He was able to return to practice last Wednesday and will have missed just one game.
