Charles Sims likely to make debut Sunday against Falcons

Speaking with reporters on Monday, Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht said that rookie Charles Sims is likely to make his NFL debut this Sunday against the Falcons.

Even with Sims making his debut the Buccaneers figure to start Bobby Rainey and give him the bulk of the touches if Doug Martin is unable to dress.

Sims began the season on injured reserve with an ankle injury. The third-round pick out of West Virginia will have to earn his snaps but once he does he has the ability to hold onto the starting job.
