Robert Griffin was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice session for the Washington Redskins.
Griffin even took the first round of repetitions for the Redskins while Colt McCoy came in after him.
The plan currently is for Griffin and last weeks starter Colt McCoy to share the first-team reps in practice this week. A decision will be made later in the week about who will start against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
Ideally the Redskins will see what they want out of the ankle of Griffin before making the decision to put him back under center in game action.
In his two games of action (six quarters) this year McCoy is 36-of-42 for 427 yards and a touchdown. He also has an interception and a rushing touchdown.
The Redskins have a bye after playing the Vikings on Sunday.
