Logan Thomas saw playing time in Cardinals loss to Broncos

Already without Carson Palmer the Arizona Cardinals were forced to turn to Logan Thomas as their quarterback when Drew Stanton left to be evaluated for a possible concussion.

Thomas threw his first career touchdown pass in the third quarter, an 81-yard catch-and-run to Andre Ellington.

The Cardinals were unable to hang with the Denver Broncos on Sunday taking a 41-20 loss. Things will not get any easier going forward for the Cardinals.

If Palmer cannot return next week and if Stanton does have a concussion the Cardinals only have Thomas on their roster.
