The Buffalo Bills will be staying in Buffao as Terry Pegula has been identified as the next owner of the team.
Pegula is also the current owner of the NHL’s Buffalo Sabers. According to Forbes.com, the successful bid made by Terry and Kim Pegulas to purchase the Bills was $1.1 billion.
The winning bid by Pegula beat out offers by a groups led by Jon Bon Jovi and another led by Donald Trump.
Up next for the Pegula’s will be a league vote which needs 24 of the 31 NFL owners to approve them. The next scheduled owners meeting is set for October 7.
