Jonathan Dwyer will likely be in the backfield for the Arizona Cardinals when their season gets underway. Andre Ellington is expected to miss the next four to six weeks with a foot injury.

Already having moved up to the No. 2 spot on the Cardinals depth chart, Dwyer had placed him in a position for goal line carries. Now he could get even more touches to start the season with Stepfan Taylor operating as his backup.

Those playing in fantasy leagues will want to grab up Dwyer now, if he is still available.

Other players who could see their fantasy numbers rise due to the absence of Ellington are receivers Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Floyd and John Brown.

Last season Dwyer ran 48 times for 197 yards after racking up 623 yards on 156 carries in 2012.
