The Tampa Bay Buccaneers brought in Lovie Smith for the 2014 season but the new coach says last years starter remains in the teams plans.

When the Buccanners drafted at No. 7 only Blake Bortles had come off the board. That the Buccaneers did not draft a quarterback in the first round is hardly a surprise after they signed Josh McCown to a two-year deal.
Smith’s comments should be taken with a grain of salt but it is worth noting that Glennon tossed 19 touchdowns to just nine interceptions a season ago.
