Ravens pick up center Zuttah from Buccaneers for draft pick

The Baltimore Ravens sent a late round draft pick to the Tampa Buccaneers for center Jeremy Zuttah.

Zutah, 28 in June, figures to replace Gino Gradkowski who was last in Pro Football Focus’ 2013 ratings for centers. Zuttah was 22nd in those same ratings.

The Ravens are looking to find any upgrades they can find for their offensive line after the struggles of a season ago.

Zuttah will make 4.5 million in base salary and has started all but two games over the last three seasons. He previously played at Rutgers under former Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano which made him expendable.

Tampa Bay signed former Packers center Evan Dietrich-Smith in free agency.
