Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has not had any talks with the team regarding a new contract.
Sherman has made it clear that he believes he is the best cornerback in the NFL but he will be paid just $1.389 million in 2014 while Tampa Bay’s Darrelle Revis makes nearly that in one game. Thus far Pro Football Talk reports no new contract talks have come.
A new contract for Sherman will usher in new deals for a slue of players drafted by the Seahawks in recent years. Sherman was a fifth-round pick of the Seahawks in 2011.
