Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is hopeful to play in Sunday’s season finale against the Detroit Lions but will wait to see how he feels the net few days.
The Vikings have no chance of making the playoffs but Peterson is not ready to take a game off. This could go either way.
One player who will not be playing in Sunday’s game against the Lions is Toby Gerhart who is still dealing with a hamstring issue.
Peterson has 1,266 yards rushing this season with 10 touchdowns.
