Matt Schaub will start for the Houston Texans in Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
The Texans have been using Case Keenum as the starting quarterback since the firing of Gary Kubiak but they will be forced to turn back to Schaub in Week 16.
Keenum will be forced to the bench due to a sprained right thumb that he suffered in a loss to the Indianapolis Colts a week ago.

Keenum has an 0-8 record as a starter and the Texans have lost 14 in a row.
