The Chicago Bears will be without cornerback Charles Tillman for the rest of the 2013 season.
News of Tillman’s season ending torn triceps came from Bears head coach Marc Trestman.
Tillman had not recovered as quickly as the Bears had hoped and will not come off the short term IR when eligible in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Obviously the news of Tillman being out is not good for the Bears but they had already adjusted to playing without him.
Marc Trestman tells reporters Charles Tillman won't come off IR when eligible. He's done for the year. Confident Lance Briggs will play Sun.

Going on 33 and without a contract for 2014 this could be the end of Tillman in Chicago.
With a win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday the Bears have kept their playoff hopes alive and still remain eligible to win the NFC North.
