The New York Giants have sent running back Brandon Jacobs to injured reserve.
Jacobs, 31, is done for the season with a knee injury after just 58 rushing attempts. He had missed five of the Giants last seven games and recently said that he was nowhere close to 100 percent.
This could be the end of the road for Jacobs.
