The injured ankle of Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden is “worse than expected” reports Steve Corkan of the Contra Costa Times.
Raiders head coach Dennis Allen suggested that McFadden would be ready to handle a full work load in the event that Rashad Jennings (concussion) was unable to return for Sunday’s game against the Jets.

With reports flying around earlier today about the future of McFadden in Oakland, we may be seeing the end. Even when McFadden has played his numbers have been disapointing with just 365 yards (3.5 avg) and four touchdowns in eight games this season.
