Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Culter left Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions late in the fourth quarter after suffering a right ankle injury.
Cutler injured his groin in a game on Oct. 20 against Washington and missed last weeks game against Green Bay. During the week Cutler practiced for the Bears and played in the first half. His status for the second half seemed to be uncertain once he exited the locker room but he eventually put on his helmet and played the second half until he was injured in the fourth quarter.
