Darrel Young had one rushing touchdown over his first 52 games in the NFL. On Sunday the Washington Redskins fullback vultured three touchdowns as the Redskins eeked out a 30-24 overtime win against the San Diego Chargers.
The Redskins found that the fullback out of the i-formation was a weekness for the Chargers and took advantage of it with Young on Sunday.
Young netted just 12 total points on his five rushes but had three touchdowns. The touchdowns surely made the two people who had him in fantasy football happy.
Alfred Morris did all the heavy lifting for the Redskins toting the ball 25 times for 121 yards with a touchdown of his own.
