Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley was taken off the field on Sunday via stretcher.
Finley made a catch early in the fourth quarter and was hit by Cleveland Browns safety Tashaun Gipson. Prior to taking the hit Finley appeared to lower his helmet.

Finley had five receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown prior to leaving the game.
