Hard to imagine that the Dallas Cowboys offense could do better then the 500-plus yard they amassed last week but the team may be able to welcome wide receiver Miles Austin back.
The Cowboys are hoping that Austin will be back for Sunday nights game against the Washington Redskins.
“I thought he did some good things. He seemed comfortable,” head coach Jason Garrett said, via DallasCowboys.com. “He’d been running well the last couple of days. He got through practice for the most part fairly healthy.”
Last week three different receivers topped 100 yards as the Cowboys threw for 506 of their 522 yards of offense.
Austin has not played in the Cowboys last two games after suffering a hamstring injury on Sept. 22 in a 31-7 win over the St. Louis Rams.
