Rob Gronkowski is “unlikely to play” in Sunday’s Week 5 game against the Cincinnati Bengals according to a report from Profootballtalk.com.
Gronkowski has not appeared in a game this season but has been practicing for the last two weeks.
There has been a lot of talk about when Gronkowski will return but last week Jay Glazer of Fox Sports suggested that the tight end would wait until Week 6 to return.
Michael Hoomanawanui and Matthew Mulligan will continue to fill in at tight end.
