San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
According to Mike Maiocco of CSN Bay Area, Smith was determined to be the driver in a single vehicle accident. No one was injured in the accident.

Smith is currently defending himself against a civil suit following a shoot-out during a party at his home last summer.
