Michael Vick has put together a strong start to the preseason.

Vick, 33, is 13-for-15 for 199 yards though two games.

While all signs on the surface point to Vick being the teams quarterback the Eagles have not made it official yet.

Chip Kelly talked about who would be the starter for the Eagles:

“That’s a good question. I thought Mike put another good game together, but we’re going to evaluate everything … I think we have two quarterbacks that can play in an NFL game, so we’ll continue to look at it.” Kelly said following Thursdays game, via Philly.com.

As for Vick he talked about how he has grown as a football player under Kelly.

“His main goal was to help me get back into top shape, get me comfortable, and to a point where I could believe in myself again.” Vick said he “fell in love with the game again, and I’m grateful for that.”

The quarterback situation in Philadelphia figures to be settled on every front following the teams third preseason game against Jacksonville next Saturday.
