The case of two massage therapist who sued former NFL quarterback Brett Favre over racy text messages has been settled – with little detail.

The women’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz wouldn’t comment Friday on the terms of the settlement according to the Associated Press.

Massage therapists Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole said Favre sent sexually suggestive texts to another therapist when he was with the New York Jets in 2008. The women allege that they lost their part-time jobs after they complained to the Jets about the texts.

Favre has denied the allegations in the past and argued if the therapists lost work he wasn’t responsible for it.

A lawyer for the Jets hasn’t responded to a call seeking comment.

Favre went on to play for Minnesota for two years after his stay in New York.
