Chiefs sign undrafted quarterback Tyler Bray

With a new coaching staff coming to Tennessee, Tyler Bray opted to enter the NFL Draft after his junior season. After three days and seven rounds of picks the 21-year-old was left undrafted.

That changed hours after the draft completed as the Kansas City Chiefs signed Bray.

Despite having arguably the best arm strength of anyone in the draft, Bray was not one of the 11 quarterbacks taken in the draft.

The Chiefs will evaluate Bray as a option behind starter Alex Smith. Currently Chase Daniel is the Chiefs backup after the team signed him to a free agent deal prior to the draft.
