After a wild weekend of college football action there has been a major shake-up in the AP Top 25. Florida State and Auburn take the top two spots after wins on Saturday that kept them unbeaten on the year but losses by highly ranked Oregon, Alabama, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and UCLA shook up the top ten portion of the list.
Ole Miss who upset Alabama moved up to No. 3 in the rankings as did Mississippi State who upset Texas A&M. Baylor occupies the No. 5 spot after their win over Texas and a win by Notre Dame over Stanford has them seated at No. 6.
Alabama fell from No. 3 to No. 7 with their loss while Michigan State won to earn teh N. 8 spot. TCU moved up from No. 25 to No. 9 with their win over Oklahoma while Arizona jumped just as far with their win over Oregon to take over the No. 10 spot.
Given the number of talented teams outside the top 10 and that conference play is in full swing one can expect more than a few of these teams to rise and fall in the coming weeks.
