The New York Knicks did not play J.R. Smith again on Thursday and head coach Mike Woodson did not shed any light on the reasons following Tuesdays loss to Charlotte.
“I’m not even commenting on J.R.,” Woodson said after the game. “I just didn’t play him tonight.”
Of course there may be more to the story as Smith was seen “packing luggage” afterwards.

Smith has 11.4 PPG 4.4 RPG and 3.1 APG in 31 games this season.
