After the NBA fined him $50,000 Brooklyn Nets coach Jason Kidd spoke about his actions at the end of Wednesday nights loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
With no further discipline on tap, Kidd spoke about the incident calling it something he “probably shouldn’t have done.”
As interesting is that Kidd believes his actions were in the best interest of trying to win the game for the Nets.
“It’s about trying to win & those guys in that locker room. I tried to put those guys in position to get a basket or a good look,”
Of course that does not mean that Kidd has learned anything or would do things differently.
Jason Kidd was asked if he learned anything from Spillgate: “Nope.”
