Eric O’Flaherty will make his first rehab appearance on Friday with High-A Stockton.
O’Flaherty, 29, signed a two-year deal with the Oakland Athletics over the winter. Currently the left hander has been working his way back from Tommy John surgery on his left elbow.

The A’s figure to have O’Flaherty pitch in minor league games for much of June before joining the bullpen at the big league level.
In 373 big league games O’Flaherty owns a 2.85 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP across 319 1/3 innings of work.
