The Detroit Tigers would like to bring back relief pitcher Joel Hanrahan – if he was willing to accept a minor league deal.
Hanrahan signed with the Tigers in May but never pitched for them after his rehab from Tommy John surgery took longer than expected.
There have been talks between the Tigers and reliever Joel Hanrahan about the right-hander returning to DET on a minor-league deal.

If Hanrahan is healthy and ready to go then he would be a boost to anyone’s bullpen, gowever he has not pitched reguarlly since 2012. In parts of seven seasons Hanrahan owns a 3.85 ERA and a 1.40 WHP. He was an All-Star in 2011 and 2012.
