An x-ray on the right knee of Baltimore Orioles third baseman Manny Machado did not reveal any ligament damage.
Machado will undergo an MRI on Tuesday which should tell everyone more about his knee.
The 22-year-old went down on Monday night when his knee buckled on a swing. Machado had to be helped off the field. He was spotted on crutches in the clubhouse following the game.
Machado had an XRay done tonight that didn't show any damage to the ligament. But the MRI will be a better indicator of the exact injury.

Even if Machado avoid bad news from the MRI there is a good chance he could land on the disabled list anyway.
On the season he is hitting .278/.324/.431 with 12 home runs and 32 RBI in 82 games.
