Los Angeles Angels pitcher Jered Weaver exited Monday’s start against Toronto with lower back tightness.
Weaver lasted just two innings before leaving in the third following his warm up pitches. The Angels have labeled him as having back tightness and should provide an update later.

All things considered, Weaver should be listed as day-to-day. Matt Shoemaker came in to relieve him.
Weaver has a 3.50 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP on the season.
