Miami Marlins ace Jose Fernandez could be done for the season.
According to John C. Rodriguez, Fernandez is anticipating that he will have to undergo season-ending elbow surgery.

If Fernandez does need elbow surgery it will be a big blow to the Marlins.Fernandez, 21, is 4-2 with a 2.44 ERA and a 0.95 WHIP in eight starts this season. A season ago he was the NL Rookie of the Year after going 12-6 with a 2.19 ERA and a 0.98 WHIP in 28 starts.
