Chicago White Sox relief pitcher Matt Lindstrom is not concerned about his strained left olbique.
Instead the 34-year-old says he does not feel the strain.
“Probably zero (concern),” Lindstrom said, via CSN Chicago. “I was just out over my front leg and I felt a little tweak. It’s no big deal. I have no problems bending over or twisting side to side so I’m not that concerned.”
The White Sox are taking it easy with Lindstrom and will re-evaluate him. He is a candidate to pick up saves in the White Sox bullpen along with Nate Jones.
