St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jaime Garcia is 10-15 days away from throwing.
The left hander recently had his throwing shoulder looked at by the Cardinals and Dr. James Andrews. The 27-year-old is dealing with burstis and will not be ready to start the season. Of course the good news for Garica and the Cardinals is that neither examination revealed any structural damage.
Jaime Garcia has returned to #stlcards camp. He expects to wait another 10-15 days before he resumes throwing.

Garcia has made just 29 starts over the last two seasons. Joe Kelly figures to move into the Cardinals rotation to start the season.
The rest of the Cardinals rotation will be made up of Adam Wainright, Michael Wacha, Lance Lynn and Shelby Miller.
