Roy Oswalt has retired from baseball.

Oswalt, 36, will finish his career with a 163-102 career record with a 3.36 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP over 13 big league seasons.

A perennial Cy Young candidate during the first half of his career with the Houston Astros, Oswalt was a three time All-Star. He last pitched a full season in 2010 and struggled during nine games with Colorado last season going 0-6 with a 8.63 ERA.

Oswalt will join his agent Bob Garber at RMG Baseball as vice president of baseball operations.

While Oswalt’s best seasons came with the Astros, he also saw time with the Philadelphia Phillies and Texas Rangers before ending his career with the Rockies.
