Dodgers sign Paul Maholm to one-year deal

The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed free agent pitcher Paul Maholm to a one-year deal.

Maholm will make $1.5 million under terms of his one-year deal with the Dodgers but has incentives which could raise his deal to $6.5 million according to Dylan Hernandez.

Last season Maholm made 26 starts for the Atlanta Braves going 10-11 with a 4.41 ERA. Scott Elbert was moved to the 60-day disabled list to make room for Maholm on the Dodgers roster.
