The Baltimore Orioles remain interested in pitcher A.J. Burnett.
Burnett, 37, has opted to put off retirement for another season and will look at one-year deals from across the league. Currently Peter Gammons has the Orioles as “all in” while he also mentions the Tampa Bay Rays.

Last season Burnett had a 3.20 ERA and a 1.215 WHIP while pitching in 191 innings for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Burnett has an offseason home in Maryland, which could play into the Orioles favor.
Burnett made $16.5 million in 2013 of which $8.5 million was paid by the New York Yankees.
